COMPASSIONATE WOMEN ORPHANAGE HOME (ORPHANAGE):
This is an orphanage home established in 2006 in Aba, Abia State of Nigeria. the purpose of this ministry is to care, feed, house, protect, train and to give sense of belonging to orphans and to children picked up along the street and in gutters . this means also goes out for rural soul wining and support the widows and gives support the fatherless in the society

PROJECTS OF THE COMPASSIONATE WOMEN OUTREACH MINISTRY
  1. To build bigger orphanage home that can accommodate more than two thousand orphans.
  2. To build a big fellowship center that can accommodate more than ten thousand people in fellowship .
  3. To build a health center for free treatment of Christian who may not have money for their treatment and to treat the poor.
  4. To establish prayer camp for Christian where believers can go to have quite time, to pray and seek the presences of God. A place that can accommodate more than twenty thousand people with halls rooms and fields for believers and alone.
  5. To have international gospel network and to have seminars across the nations of the world.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Compassionate women out reach ministry has aims and objectives and seriously fights to accomplish all. Listed below are the outstanding and objectives of the ministry.
  1. To house, clothe feed, care, train and help the orphans, the motherless children and abandoned children in our society.
  2. To care, help, feed, support and cloth the widows with necessary items for their survival.
  3. To support and help for the training of the poor widows children in the schools.
  4. To help the poor, the sick and the less privileged with foods and cash for their survival.
  5. To carry the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the unchurched and to where sinners are found.
  6. To make the widows, orphans, abandoned children, the poor and the motherless more reasonable by building them with the true word of God and prayers.
  7. Preaching in the church , markets streets and by campaigning for general assistance of the good spirited individual in the society and sharing our handbills through which we make our ministry known.
  8. Compassionate women out reach ministry is located presently at Emegharibe Street , off port Harcourt Rd. Aba south State.

PROGRESS MADE IN COMPASSIONATE WOMEN ORPHANAGE HOME(ORPHANAGE HOME)

There are many other progress made by the compassionate women outreach ministry since inception as a ministry in Nigeria.
Listed below are some of the progresses made.
  • Feeding and caring for more than one hundred and twenty five orphans.
  • Training more than twenty orphans in Nursery Schools.
  • Training more than sixty orphans in Primary Schools.
  • Training more than thirty five orphans in Secondary Schools.
  • clothing and housing more than one hundred and twenty five orphans.
  • Training and sponsoring more than fifty two fatherless citizens in the primary and secondary schools.
  • Sponsoring and clothing more than eighty widows in Nigeria.
  • Helping some sick ones in the hospitals and paying medical bills of some poor ones in sick bed.
  • Renting a larger place of the accommodation of more orphans.
  • Purchasing all domestic materials and other items for the sleeping and living comfort of the orphans in our orphanage homes.
  • Giving protection, caring and senses of belonging to the orphans and other abandoned children in the home.
  • Treating and saving the lives of the orphans and giving the adequate medical attention to the sick among the orphans and abandoned children.
  • Bringing the orphans and all abandoned children in he home with the fear of God and in gospel truth.
  • Knowing Jesus and making him known among the orphans.
  • Bringing the orphanage to the knowledge and awareness of Abia state and federal government of Nigeria.
  • Registering the compassionate women outreach ministry as an incorporated and registered ministry in Nigeria.

BUILDING FOR THE HOME

Compassionate women out reach ministry will build a bigger home for the total accommodate of the orphans , widows and the less privileged for their Christian fellowship and other meetings that would be of great help to the people and the home at large.

SOURCE OF FUND RAISING

Compassionate women orphanage home is non –government organization (N.G.O) and is not owned by any church but is sponsored by Rev Dr. Emmanuel Ononujuu and his wife Rev. Mrs. Alice Zuriel Ononujuu who are also the founders of the ministry. Other sources of income are through the free donations or gift of good spirited individuals in our society, market evangelism and visiting to churches.

STAFFING

Compassionate women out reach ministry has staff who are willing to serve god in such capacity and are having the same burden and passion for the orphans , widows and the poor in t he society.

INTRODUCTION

Compassionate women Orphanage Home is an orphanage Centre founded by Rev. Dr. & Mrs. Onunuju. This ministry has two fold businesses, one is on physical while the other is on spiritual needs. Compassionate women outreach ministry is an orphanage centre that cares for motherless children, orphans and children pick up in the streets that were thrown into pits and gutters after delivery. It caters for helpless widows and offering them helps and supplying them foods, cloths and other related items for their survival every Monday of the week. It holds fellowship with widows and abandoned children in the orphanage. This ministry embarks in hospital evangelism, market evangelism, prison and school evangelism. Compassionate women outreach ministry is headed by Rev. Mrs. Alzuriel Ononuju.

This ministry is depended on the offerings, gifts, supports, sponsorships and helps from good spirited individuals in the churches and else where. The aim of this ministry is to make Mr. Nobody “Mr. Somebody” and crate hope for hopeless and finally introduce the orphans, poor widows and all around the ministry to our Lord and Saviour JESUS CHRIST. It fights to give sense of belonging and to make these children reasonable in the society and to make them be useful to God and to humanity. These children need to be trained in Nursery, Primary and at least in Secondary Schools to know how to read and how to write and to be socially balanced.

This is very necessary to the children in this orphanage and I believe the task and challenge before all of us especially the Nigerian Christians and of course the believers in Christ no mater their nation and tribe is to contribute to the moral, spiritual and educational upbringing of these children who may tomorrow become the national leaders, governors, senators, teachers, lawyers, judges, engineers and gospel preachers if we really cared. Who knew that Moses a boy pickup by the river would be the law giver, first commander, first leader, first prophet and the founder of Jewish religion? Who knew that Jephtar would be the military commander and the deliverer of Israel in times of their trouble, child oof a harlot driven out of the village and rejected by his people without knowing the potentials in him? Rev. Mrs. Alzuriel Ononujuu the leader of this ministry is open to all both to join and to contribute.

Compassionate women Orphanage Home (orphanage) is a ministry for all, accepting membership from every denomination, every tribe, every race and from all who want to be more useful in God’s hand and all who want to contribute to the physical and spiritual survival of those whom God has not approved their death for now!

It has been approved and publicly known that cash spent in saving a soul is more than great amount spent in building a mansion for personal pleasure, while the amount spent in keeping a soul is a great treasure in heaven which is for eternity. Support us, build with us, help us, sponsor us and work with us to achieve a meaningful programme of the Lord.

Those who give for the kingdom sake are sowing and all sowers must reap the fruits of their sowing through good health, long life, peace, prosperity, increase of wealth, healing, child bearing and other numerous blessings from God who rewards. ATTENTION

Every believer must serve, give and live but not every believer should be on full time service in God’s business, some shall be givers and supporters of those in full time services in God’s business. We are all called to serve and to minister, hence the soul winning business is not an optional work to any born again Christian but a MUST to all of us. The work of soul winning can be done through personal involvement of the believers or through their substitutes which are money or other supports. Be our co-labourers, co-fishermen, and partners in caring for the orphans, training the orphans and seeing all about the education of children without parents and children without traces of their origin and un-identification of their parents. Why not be touched?

Do you know that there are many tribes, clans and communities that have not heard about JESUS? Do you know that there are cities, nations and individuals who never understand whom JESUS is, though they have heard of such name? do you know that some religious of the world know JESUS as an ordinary religioujs leader, prophet and a Jewish teacher? Do you know that there are open doors for missionaries and Christian preachers in such unchristian tribes and communities now? Many are ready to go but need supporters and sponsors. The preachers and missionaries are ready for the work any where the kcall is but are waiting for sponsors to help them reach the unreached and church the un-churched. You can be a ready instrument in God’s hand to sponsor three or four missionaries to the Muslim and heathen worlds today. We have ready missionaries but no sponsors. Help us today by working with us and by assisting us to send our missionaries to unchurched worlds.

DUTIES OF COMPASSIONATE WOMEN OUTREACH MINISTRY (ORPHANAGE)

Compassionate woman outreach ministry is an orphanage home that cares for orphans with the following duties included.
  1. To care and feed the orphans and all abandoned children that were picked in the gutters or along the streets.
  2. To give the abandoned children orphans and all fatherless, the sense of belonging.
  3. To train the orphans and all abandoned children picked in the gutters and on the streets quality education by sponsoring them in the schools.
  4. To clothe the orphans and all abandoned children by directing them towards the gospel and by converting them to Christ .
  5. To spread the gospel with a single aim of converting the sinners.
  6. To care foe the widows, the poor, the sick prisoner and the physically challenged persons with foods, clothes and money.
  7. To sponsor the training and the schooling the fatherless (widows children ) and to sure they meet u with their educational pursuits.
  8. To shelter or accommodate the orphans abandoned children picked in the street , the homeless and to give home to the despised people in the society.
  9. To have fellowship with widows with the orphans and with all despised people every Monday in order to converts then to Christianity.
  10. To reach the rural dwellers with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

INSIGHT

Compassionate women outreach ministry is a non government organization that cares, feeds, clothes, helps, keep and sponsors the orphans, motherless children, widows, abandoned children and the less- privilege in the society . it is a Christian and social organization aiming at fulfilling the caring ministry of our Lo rd Jesus Christ here on earth. Compassionate women out breach ministry is the home of destitute, regarding those that were disregarding and comforting those were discomforted , giving hope to hopeless and home to homeless. The president and founder of the ministry is a gospel minister, ordained and commissioned to preach and to reached the unsaved. She is also t he wife of a notable gospel minister, REV Dr Emmanuel Ononujuu, the present and founder of El Theological College Nigeria and USA and also the founder of International Institute of Missions the only Bible College that trains gospel ministers free of charge. Compassionate women out reach ministry is existing through God’s leadership and supervision. It is non government organization but based on God’s providence.

MINISTRIES

Compassionate women outreach ministry has many plans, burdens and vision to project if the Lord tarries than this time. These include the following.
  1. To build school where the orphans abandoned children, motherless children ,widows children and less privilege will be trained and equipped free of charge.
  2. To build bigger homes for the accommodate of the poor children. Orphans , motherless and abandoned children in our society.
  3. To establish regular chapel that would help to building t he children and widows spiritually and to bring them to observable moral soundness.
  4. Establishment of Christian hospital for free treatment of the poor, the orphans, the widows and their children.
  5. To work the laid down principles of the government and to join hands with women affairs commission to fight evil, child trafficking and corruption in our society.

ACTIVITIES

Compassionate women out reach ministry has held different activities since two years ago, among which are these,
  1. Seminars for widows aiming at making them self dependents .
  2. Workshop for widows and grown ups among the children in helping them to learn all about cosmetics and other trades.
  3. sharing foods, clothes and cash to widows for the payment of their children’s school’ fees.
  4. Sponsoring the education of some fatherless and the poor in the society.
  5. Visiting churches in AWA in Oguta L.G.A And Eziama Ikeduru L.G.A, both in Imo State with cash , clothes , food and other material for the widows, orphans and the poor in t here areas.
  6. Training of the abandoned children and orphans in the schools.
  7. Sharing clothes, shoes, rice, beans and other materials to orphans, poor widows and the less privileged.
  8. Raising fund from good Christian who donated freely to keep the home.
  9. Creating awareness on the social evils and the reality and dangers of HIV/AIDS in our country.
  10. Motivating the young widows and orphans to learn any better trade of their choice and to help them more useful and reasonable.
  11. Preaching and teaching that touched people’s lives and actions that also made to be saved and reasonable .
  12. Helping pastors with cash , suits and food for their survival, and sponsoring them in Christian programmes.
  13. Giving scholarship to students in Bible colleges and other Christian institutions.
  14. Visiting church and palaces in OHA BIAM. Obuda and umuagbai TOWNS IN Ngwa land and supported the orphans, widows and poor with cash, food and clothes .
