1. The engagement period: The period between the girl’s consent and the date of weeding should not exceed six months; unless otherwise delayed by circumstances.
2. WEDDING CEREMONIES: The wedding feast will be the most ecumenical type. Lavish spending is not permitted. Rice and chicken could be served. The brother should not be pushed into borrowing because of his wedding. Rice and wine and chicken are good for such wedding. There this could not be afforded, bread or biscuits only is sufficient. Mineral water or non – alcoholic drinks could be served for those who will like to take them instead of borrowing.
3. WEDDING ATTIRE: We have nothing to do with jewelry of any type in all occasions. The wedding gown should always be white and should be sown to glory of God void of sins. A veil with white background which should be guided to be free from the worldly aspect will be used. The bridegroom may wear suit if he has it or he could make one if there is money. But if their no money, he can put on whatever English dress he has, just conforming to the Biblical standard of our church. The pastor should ensure that the dress materials conform to our convictions before the wedding.
4. OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS MARRYING OUTSIDE OUR CHURCH: Our member are allowed to marry somebody outside any church, of like faith but marriage of Christians to unconverted person should be discouraged. (II Cor. 6:14; Amos. 3:3.) If such a thing happens the person should be disfellowshipped. We can marry Christians from churches of like faith but not    
5. WRONG MARRIAG: In the event of any one found in any form of wrong marriage, either in the faith or in unbelief such a one will be asked to make restitution. Until this is done, such a one can not hold any office or partake in the Holy Communion. Having more than one wife or one living with two husbands is a wrong marriage.

THE LORD’S SUPPER

The Lord’s Supper shall be taken monthly on the first Sunday of every month. Only baptized members are eligible to partake.
Disqualification:

1. An absentee from church activates within two weeks to the Holy Communion day.
2. A tithe debtor
3. Those with evil reports whose matters have not been resolved;
4. Those who have deviated from our standards from or faith in General and Special Rules

HOLINESS STANDARD (OUR STANDARD IN ATTIRE AND IN ALL)

By attire we mean the clothes we put on. Our men shall appear in simple attire. There should be no world styles on them

1. The tight –knee, the tight dress, the show knee, the micromini, the mini the show back , the show breast, the show armpit, the show arms are immodest dresses not meant for woman professing holiness. No woman is permitted to use jeans, slack, and other dresses pertaining to men. (Deut.22:5) men also should avoid women dresses including ladies watches.
2. Our women should put on only long sleeve and three – quarter sleeve dresses. The gowns should be long enough to cover the knees. The neckline should be in conformity with the holiness standard (e.g. high – neck).
3. Our sisters are not permitted to use worldly stylish wears as they only show worldliness. Painting of lips, eye brows, finger and toe –nails are forbidden. They should not grow nails. Our brothers should neither grow nails nor beads on the faces.
4. Our women should not buy or use artificial hair (wig). Our women are not permitted to cut their hair, nor to curl it. They are permitted to plait it in a simple way. 

OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS GAMES

Our members are not to take part in competitive sports and games if that involves neckedness and or other forms of open bodies in public.


FEASTING 
We strongly discourage all forms of feasting that are not in harmony with the word of God and those accepted by our faith should be simple and far from competition and worldliness.


RULES ON BAPTISM
Since baptism also marks adoption into the Body of Christ (church), we believe in teaching people unto acceptance of Bible doctrines after conversion, before baptism.
Should one be proved to have repented before he or she was baptized by immersion we shall adopt him or her on the condition that her or she accepts our Bible teachings and standard of holiness.
Should any one sincerely declare that her or she was baptized in sin, then he or she will be re – baptized again.
Should a person be baptized outside our faith, the Christian standard of the person who baptized him and that of his ground would be investigated before he or she will be adopted?


MEMBERSHIP
There shall not be any acceptance into full membership of any polygamist, any one found remarried, and any one whose testimony of Christian living is contrary to the Bible standards of holiness.

OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS EVANGELISM

We believe that the great mission of the church militant is the preaching of the whole gospel to all the world for salvation of mankind, and for a witness unto all nations. We believe that the church should major on holiness evangelism, ever pushing out to the ends of the earth rather than emphasizing institutionalism.
Every legitimate form Evangelism should be used, such as the public worship service, revival, prayer, meetings, cottage prayer meetings, street meeting, jail services, house – to – house, visitation, personal evangelism, giving out tracts, as well as missionary endeavors abroad. We shall also employ crusade and open air system in our evangelism.


JOINT EVANGELISM: Because of the worldliness, compromise and love of worldly affairs in churches today, we discourage all forms of joint evangelism (with worldly churches and groups) since the contradict our God – given faith.


OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER CHURCHES:

The acceptance of invitations to the ceremonies of standing churches shall be subject to the approval of the pastor of the local church and all invitations agreement with our faith shall be attended.

OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CHURCH BUDGETS, FESTIVALS, BAZAARS, HARVESTS.

Since the mission of the church is purely a spiritual one, we do not believe in any kind of church sponsored recreational programmes, such as ball clubs, gymnasiums, church kitchens, festivals, fairs, bazaars, scouts or girls guide, caravans, etc. the precious time and energy of the church should be give to the evangelization of the world. The work of the Sunday school and church shall not be promoted by contests, competitive campaigns.


HARVEST:

We do not honour the harvest and worldly system of celebrations churches adopt today, though we accept a fixed day of gathering of harvests, but as it is enjoined in the Bible, a Christian farmer will tithe his crops faithfully, in kind or cash whichever is more convenient to him. If it is crops the church committee should decide on what to do with it.  

OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CELEBRATION OF HOLY DAYS – CHRISTMAS, EASTER, GOOD – FRIDAYS. ETC

We do not believe in the celebration of these festivals because we do not esteem one day above the other. Moreover, these feasts about the birth, death and resurrection of Christ are being celebrated everyday in our churches. Nevertheless, we do not condemn those who celebrate them with a rightful spirit. Such celebrations are not evil and we don’t see them sinful.


OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS TITHING

Every believe in RECAMISSIO should faithfully tithe in cash or in kind of all his earnings. There shall be no knowledge of amount given by a person (tither).


OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CHURCH HOUSE PROPERTY, AND THE ALTAR

The church house should be consecrated for worship only. There shall be no entertainments inside the church house. The movements in the church house, especially during worship should be controlled.
All church property should be consecrated or handled with sacredness accorded to God and shall be directly under the control of the church pastor. The altar should be reverenced and should be used by any male or female officiating or leading in service.

OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS OUTSIDE PREACHERS OR EVANGELISTS

We shall not allow outside preachers who are not in the same convictions with us in holiness doctrine, standards and attire, to preach in our churches or use our altars. This is true because of many occult and diabolic ministers today in our society.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS

While we maintain Christian oneness and divine love between our brothers and sisters, we strongly discourage all forms of loose association and intimacy between them. Visits to the homes between our brothers and sisters are restricted. Gen. 4:7; Heb. 13:1; Gal 6:1-2. We do not permit aimless visits of opposite to the house of opposite sex.


RULES ON FUNERALS (BURIALS)

A standing member who dies should be accorded a full Christian burial. The local church should bear the responsibility of burying the deceased. The church will not perform the burial of any brother or sister who died in suspension or in sin. There shall be no special attire or ceremony at burial. 
The funeral service of the deceased will be conducted in his or her own compound and not in the local church house. We do not believe in shaving of hair, use of sack – cloth and leaving of the hair uncut as a sign of mourning for the dead. Lev. 19:28; 21:1-5; Deut 14:1, 2.
There shall be no memorial services or the second burial for the Christian dead.


RULES ON PUBLICATION


Any standard book written and published for used in our church shall be thoroughly scrutinized and approved by the general. Overseer before introducing that to the church.

OUR STAND ON MIRACLES

while we believe and know that there are many magicians who perform different kinds of magics both in the churches and in the society, we also know that there are many occult men at the pulpit today who perform different kinds of mysterious activities while we have seen and discovered different kinds of fake and false miracles in our days, we also believe that in the midst of all these, that God did not change, that God remains whom HE is. We also believe that God is still performing great miracles through His devoted and genuine servants. We believe that God’s miracles did not end with the apostles, but continue with the church while the church should be about God’s business. We believe that God is still using men and women to heal, to deliver, to restore, to quicken, to save, to effect changes, to raise the dead, to make the lame walk, to make the blind see, to make the barren fruitful and to pray God’s power down for greatness and for prosperity among the people of God. We believe that righteousness attracts God’s blessings, miracles, promotion and God’s prosperity. Nevertheless, we shall be very careful about the present age miracles, we shall not seek miracles, but we should seek the Lord who performs all miracles Mtt 6:33. OUR STAND ON SOCIAL AND CEREMONIOUS ACTIVITIES IN THE COMMUNITY

While we believe to be parts of federal government accepted religion, we don’t believe to be a part of the world, though in the world. Based on these, there are issues we accept and issues we reject as well stated below are some of such issue we reject.

1. We do not associate our selves with village or community meetings, age grade or trade unions.
2. We do not contribute for the revival of the ancestral cultures, masquerades, religions or any issue that does not glorify our God, nor do we participate in any of such activities.
3. We do not attends any invitation either by the churches, clubs, individuals by the community or by our family members where alcoholic drinks, tobacco contents or where hare drugs shall be patronized, neither shall we attend any programme where boys and girls or even parents expose themselves with rough and immoral dancing and displaying.
4. We do not compromise our faith or holiness conviction, therefore, we do not attend meetings called by either the gospel ministers, church leaders or by any church organization whose aims are based on politics, unscriptural methods Bazzar, selling and buying of items, or unions that may take us our of our holiness faith.

Nevertheless, we shall attend meetings called by some church leaders or by some church organization if such meeting is geared towards church growth, Evangelism or towards gospel promotion with holiness foundation.

5. Our members should not emulate the world in the sinful styles both in public occasions and in their private businesses. Our members should not perm or fry their hair, nor paint their mouth, never paint their fingers nails nor their toes, eye lids are not allowed neither should our members appear in short not put that which shall expose their inner parts, But shall always appear holy and always represent JESUS. 

OUR DOCTRINE ON SANCTIFICATION

The command and sanctification dedication and holiness was early first made by God.
Be ye holy for I am holy
Sanctification is the second work of grace, while salvation is the first work of grace. In salvation Jesus comes and save the sinners, but in sanctification, the Holy Ghost comes and purifies the believer heart in salvation, Jesus is received Jn 1:12, but in   sanctification, the Holy Ghost is received Acts 2:1-4, Acts 19:2.In salvation sinner is benefited but in sanctification, the believer is benefited. In salvation the practical sins are dealt with, but in sanctification the inbred in (Adamic nature) is dealt with. In salvations the sins we committed are forgiven but in sanctification he sins we inherited from Adam are up rooted. In salvation our sins are covered, but in sanctification our inbred sin is nailed to the cross. Salvation is for sinner, but sanctification is for the believed. Our emphasis on holiness is base on the bible principle. It is wrong to live in sin and at the same time claims to live in Christ

WHAT IS SANCTIFICATION

Sanctification is the uprooting of inbred sin inherited from Adam, it is the purification of the heart by the Holy Ghost; it is the cleaning of the believer’s spirit. It is the spiritual circumcision of the soul. It is the work of the Holy Ghost in washing the believer purely. It is consecration of the spirit, dedication of the heart, purity of life, perfection of the saint and total holiness of the believer. It is infilling of the Christian and empowerment of the child of God. It is the actually meaning of “HOLINESS” it is the Christian perfection and killing of the old man in the heart of the believers after salvation.

IMPORTANCE OF SANCTIFICATION

Sanctification is very important in the life of believer after salvation because sanctification shall empower the believer, open his eyes and help the believer to walk with God, work for God. Worship God and live for God perfectly

Entire sanctification is not the need of sinners, but a requirement for the saved and all who have received Christ into their hearts. Sanctification is the act of the Holy Ghost in dealing with the Adamic nature, inbred sin, carnality and the sin inherited from Adam.
Every body is born with carnally or inbred sin or Adamic nature, right from mother womb. It is not committed but inherited from Ps 51:5, Rom 3:23
