Director of Missions

The director of missions is a called evangelist who is incharge of evangelism and world missions in our church. He schedules and maps out areas for church planting, for crusades, for mission works and churches for local revival. He leads and directs all affairs of both home and foreign missions. The chairman of church growth committee is directly under him. He is incharge of both geographical expansion, numerical growth and missionary activities in our church. 

Director of Education

The director of Education is the person in charge of all our education units, both secular and sacred Institutions are under his control. The chairman of education committee is directly under him. He takes care of all internal and external programmes of all our schools and delegates, where delegateable. He must at least possesses him MA in education or its equivalent.

National director of Sunday school

 This is the senior minister incharge of Sunday school. He plans for the growth of Sunday school in our church, writes and edits the Sunday school lessons, plans for Sunday enlargement campaign, plans on how to see Sunday school as soul winning organ in the church. The director of Sunday school is incharge of national programmes in our Sunday school businesses.

Director of children ministry

This is an experienced gospel minister with a great burden for the salvation of children. The director of children ministry is directly incharge of the writing of the Bible studies, Sunday school lessons and other helpful materials for the growth and salvation of children in our church. The director of children ministry is gospel minister with teaching experience and must have acquired at least BA in Psychology, though must be guided by the Holy Ghost.

Director of men’s fellowship

The director of men’s fellowship is the gospel minister incharge of the fellowship of male adults in our church, who unites and equips men with seminars, teachings and programmes needed to help men in our churches in order to grow and to be advanced. He initiates both family and business programmes that shall become helpful to men. He often reminds men of their holiness backgrounds and helps men to acknowledge their positions in Christ and in the church.

Director of women’s fellowship

The director of women’s fellowship is the wife of the general overseer of our church. She is the minister incharge of our women fellowship. She takes women on teachings, preachings, special seminars, and other programmes relating to spirituality, holiness, family life, marriage, child training, homes, business and other issues peculiar to women. She is the mother general of the church and stands as the chief servant among the women.

Director of campus fellowships

The director of campus fellowships is also called the director of campus ministries. He is a minister incharge of universities, colleges of education, polytechnics and other schools of higher learning His duties are to gather our members and convert soul in such Institutions, to conduct seminars and revivals for the students of such Institution.  The campus director must be a called evangelist with at least his first degree from any university coupled with the fullness of the Holy Spirit in him. His aims shall be to convert sinners, break the yokes of campus cults and to gather and revive our members in such Institutions.

  Director of Intercession and spiritual warfare

The director of intercession and spiritual warfare is the man incharge of our prayer network. Every department of our church prayer band is under him. He is also the director of the “GLOBAL PRAYER LINK” while their main duties are to pray for our churches for our leaders, for our ministers, for our ministries, for gospel ministers all over the world, for churches all over world and the total evangelization of the world. Reports of all progress and problems in this area go to him. He shares prayer topics to different prayer bands of our churches to pray and organize night vigils and pray programmes.

 Director of youths fellowship

The director of youths fellowship is a gospel minister incharge of youths. His duties include training and equipping the youths in the holy faith with seminars, teachings or with special programmes, such as the youth convention, seminars or youth tarrying nights. All the youth departments from every state is in the hand of the director of the youth’s nationwide. He must be well vast with the activities of the youth and must be a man of great exemplary life. His daily spirituality and holiness exemplification shall be worthy of attracting and drawing students and youths to the LORD

FORUMS, FELLOWSHIPS AND ORGANS IN OUR CHURCH.
There are organs, forums and fellowships in our church that play key roles in the growth and development of our church. Among these organs, fellowships and forums are these below 

Forums in our church

Here are some forums in our church which play key roles to day in our church growth and in our church activities.

Minister forums

The ministers forum is the union of the gospel ministers in our church. This forum meets thrice every year for prayers, seminars, and fellowships and for discussions or deliberations on the issues relating to the gospel ministers and their ministries. Issues of how to help each other also feature in their meetings

Ordained elders forum

This is the meeting or union of the ordained gospel minister in our church. Ordination in our church takes place after eight (8) years of successful ministry without any reproach; therefore ordained elders are those who have served up to nine (9) years in the ministries. Their discussions major on issues related to church progress, ministries, seminars, prayers and family matters. This forum meets thrice every year in one of the local churches around.

Ministers wives forum

The Gospel ministers wives forums is a union of the shepherdess who are the wives of the preachers (Gospel ministers) in our church. The General overseer’s wife is the chair-person of this forum. This forum meets thrice a year to pray, praise and to discuss all about family issues, roles of pastor’s wives ministries women ministries, soul winning, parenting and issues of motherhood. This forum goes on with seminars, teachings, and other exciting programmes that can build the church and the homes.

Presbyter forum

The presbyters forum is the forum of the senior ministers that have been ordained who occupied senior posts in the national level of our church. The presbyters in our church are regarded as “FATHERS” the interpreters of laws, the examiners of the church doctrines and standards, the pace setters and those to determine what is Biblical and what is not. This forum meets thrice yearly. The General overseer is the chairman of this forum.

Ministers children conference

The pastor’s children’s converge or conference is a yearly programme in our church when the children of the gospel ministers are called for a week (seven days) programme in order to teach, preach, and lead and to help them to be like their fathers. The purpose of the ministers children converge is to help them to like love and abide in our holiness faith and to be very strong in the Lord. We preach and help the children of our ministers to live and to respond to the scriptural reference in I Tim 3:1-8; Ministers children is a yearly programme that is conducted in any branch of our church. 

 fellowship in our church

There are different fellowships in our church. Fellowship in our church stand as powerful organs that help our church to grow, to survive and to march ahead. These fellowships are organized by different spiritual organism Redemption Campaigners Mission (Emancipation proclaimers Assembly) and stand also as means of evangelism. Below are the recognized organs in our church.

Men’s fellowship

Men’s fellowship is a fellowship of our adult male members who are united in faith and in fellowship whose aims are on how to build the church, support the ministry and win their colleagues for Christ. Men’s fellowship meets as often as time permits.

Women’s fellowship

Women fellowship in our church is the union or fellowship of the adult female members of our church who are united in faith and in divine fellowship. Women fellowship focuses great attention to women ministries in our church and use such organ to win other woman women for Christ

Youth fellowship

Youth fellowship is the most zealous, most active most evangelistic and the most practical fellowship in our church. This is the most practical arm of the church to reach the unreached and to touch the untouched and to church the unchurched. Youth fellowship is made up of male and female members of between 15 and 35 years of age. youths meeting occurs often, especially on Sundays and weekly days to discuss soul winning and church growth issue.        

Campus fellowship

Campus fellowship is the fellowship of our members in high institutions like universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, special schools and other school of higher learning. There are always fellowships, services and worships in such institutions where we have members. Campus fellowship   in our church at times combines with the student fellowship, though, not the same but at time work together. The supreme task of the campus fellowship is “Evangelism” it is a fellowship of the students in such institutions.

Singles fellowship

Singles fellowship in Redemption Campaigners Mission (Emancipation proclaimers Assembly) is the fellowship of all unmarried males and females irrespective of their ages. It is a forum and fellowship organized to encourage all bachelors and sprinters in our church and to help, them marry according to God’s will and to help them pick interest and to know whom to marry, when to marry and how to marry. This fellowship goes with series of teachings, preaching and seminars from our marriage experts. Singles fellowship is a fellowship of all who know that they shall one day be husbands, wives, fathers, and mothers in future.

 Ministry Departments In Our Church 

There are many ministry departments in our church and these departments are the wings and feathers to help our church fly to its rightful destination in the ministry and to reach its target in mission. Redemption Campaigners Mission approved six solid departments in our church which have definite features listed below are the departments.

Department Of Sunday School Or Church Education

Sunday school or Christian education is a solid department in our church through which our members learn the Bible on Sunday before the main service the same day. Sunday school department is a means of teaching our people and strong weapon to reach the world on evangelism. It is made, up of men and woman who are gifted in teaching and who can teach the Bible to others. This department is a great channel for church growth.

Department of drammer or drammer group

This is a drammer group which is made up of zealous youths whose aim is to use drammer, scriptural plays and other Bible symbolic systems to convert sinners. The purpose of the existence of this group is nothing but “SOUL WINNING” therefore, drammer group in our church is an organ of church and soul winning programmes.

The chorister or melody group

The chorister is our church are men and women who are specifically called for spiritual songs, melody, music or music or ministry of singing. They are the ministry voices of the church with sweet tunes from heaven backed by the scriptural Truth and Love of God. The seats of the choir are seats of holiness, spirituality and the seats of sanctification. This is the New Testament generation of signers the choir.      

Evangelism team 

Evangelism team or outreach department in our church is the soul winning organ or department in our church. The duties of this department are to plan and to carry out soul winning activities, to conduct crusades, to launch out for rural evangelism, to reach sinners, to church the unchurched  and to do all other soul winning activities to the glory of God. This department is made up of men and woman who are in great sympathy for the perishing souls in the world.

Prayer band

The department of prayer is also called the department of war, department, of power or department of intercession in our church. This is a powerful department mapped out for intercession, warfare prayers and all spiritual exercises including deliverance where necessary. The prayer band is the sustainer of our ministries whose duties include intercession and petitions.

Children ministry department

This is the department of children ministry. This department is at times called department of children church department of children evangelism, department of children fellowship or department of children ministry. The supreme task of this department is to win the children needed in their department are children of between the ages of men and thirteen.

Managerial Functions

Our church has five managerial functions to the glory of God. These five functions contribute a lot of to the growth that our church. These five managerial functions includes the management of the ministry, men, money, material and machineries which shall be includes as means of church growth. Below are how they stand.

Management of the ministry

Management of ministry in our church concept is to know the best ministry to apply at any given time. What type of ministry, whether prayer, evangelism, revival or teaching that the church requires at any giving time that would help the church to grow. It simply means giving the right ministry to the church that can help it.

Management of men

Whom shall we sand and who shall go for us? Whose ministry is now required? The true and holiness management of men, simply means knowing the qualified men to use in the ministry at the specific place or time with consideration to spirituality availability and capability. We do not use carnal men in spiritual issue.

Management of money

The love of money is the root of all evil. We do not sell our conscience because of money, neither do we sell the ministry because of money. We fellow the Biblical method of fund raising and Biblical source of income, in order to build our holy faith/ we spend every cash for the specific purpose which it was originally raised and never have the attitude of diverting  any money, no matter the present.   

Management of materials and machineries 

Our holiness background allows us to be more careful, serious and move faithful in the usage of all materials things and machineries such as the music system, public addressing system, attar materials and other electronics or material issues of the church with simplicity and in holiness with total fear of God to avoid worldliness which may contract our confession.   

four major divisions of our church

Administratively, the church is divided in to four major areas in order to effectively carry the jobs and godly visions under its shoulder. The four major administrative divisions are the national, state, zone and the local.

  1. The national church
  2. The national church is the national headquarter church, where the general overseer is and from where the administrative orders come and from where the overseer president entire church.

  3. The state church
  4. This is the province headquarter from where the order and administrations go to churches in the province. The state coordinator is the chairman of the province or state.

  5. The zonal church
  6. This is the zonal church where the zonal leader president other local churches and from where the local churches report monthly.

  7. Local church

 This is the local church where our members worship and where the pastor presides . This is the root of all administrative

visions and tasks

There are visions and tasks before the church in order to accomplish her goals. The visions and tasks are works, business, project, goal, programmes or issue necessary to be accomplished by the church in the nearest possible future. The visions and tasks stand as issues inevitably required to accomplish soonest or the focus of the church on issued to be accomplished or targets of the church or issues to score. Below are issues or tasks and targets coupled with visions or hat to accomplish soonest by the church.

  1. We have the vision to build a christen camp or dwelling center for prayers and spiritual exercises of the believers
  2. vision of building more orphanages in different states of Nigeria
  3. vision of building Christian hospitals for the treatment of the poor Christian  
  4. We have the tasks sending gospel missionaries to churches nations.
  5. we have the vision to establish nursery, primary admissions of the less privileged children, orphans the poor or the fatherless children in our society
  6. we have vision to create WIDOWS  supporting center, where widows shall be helped and be supported ( nationwide)
  7. our vision and tasks is to establish a big Christian library for the reading pleasure of behaviors in Christ
  8. Our vision and tasks is to introduce soul winning network through internets.
  9. Our next vision and task shall be to create missionary Newspapers that shall be read all over the world.
  10. Our next plan is to take our church, Redemption campaigners mission to every part of the world in order to spread the Bible holiness.
  11. We have strong vision to connect gospel ministers from different nations, in order to conduct, International ministers conference yearly.
  12. Our vision is to have campuses of our Institution everywhere and to connect Institutions of like faith.
  13. We have vision to affiliate with ministries and churches of like faith in any other part of the world in order to have strong effort to spread the Bible holiness to the entire church world.
  14. We have the vision to make our main church and our conference center (camp) the International conference center.
  15. We have the vision to send missionaries to the unchurched areas of the world in order to convert souls and establish churches.

  Why Redemption campaigners mission? Lk 23:44-47, Acts 1:8

Why Emancipation proclaimers Assembly Mtt 28:5-7 Jn 19:30?

  1. The name “Redemption campaigners Mission” was given by the Holy Ghost in 1982 to Gods servant “Emma Ononuju for the single purpose of spreading the good news that JESUS died for the world and that through Him alone shall the sinners be saved. In this, concept therefore, the meaning of the world Redemption campaigners is simply “the group of the saints that campaign and spread the good news that JESUS died on the cross to save sinners.
  2. The name “Emancipation proclaimers Assembly” was given by the Holy Ghost to Gods servant Rev. Prof Emma Ononuju I the year 2014 for the single purpose of telling the world that the works are finished and accomplished at Calvary and confirmed by JESUS resurrection from the grave which automatically gave birth to the total freedom, total liberation and total release of all captives that shall believe. Emancipation proclaimers therefore are group of saints that announce to the world about the total freedom, total liberation and total release of all that shall believe in JESUS CHRIST. 
  3. Qualifications of church leaders, officers and church workers in Redemption campaigners Mission.

    Redemption campaigners Mission does not appoint fake and hypocritical Christians into divine offices, not should such class of people be approved as officers not as church workers in our church. Below are the qualifications of church leaders, church officers Gospel minister or church workers in our church.

        1. He or she must meet up the scriptural standards set forth in Ex 18:21-23, Acts 6:1-5 I Tim 3:1-13.
        2. Must be holy, sincere and faithful in all things.
        3. Must have genuine reports of people within and without.
        4. Must be nature and capable of doing the job.
        5. Must teach, preach and practice Holiness every day.
        6. Must be prayerful, diligent and obedient.
        7. Must have total experience of entire sanctification.
        8. Must have the same confession and conviction with our church
        9. Must be a person of great faith and faithfulness.
        10. Must be thoroughly financially faithful and suspiciously innocent.
        11. Must be loaded with the burden of the Lord’s house.
        12. Must be an exemplary Christian and practical believer.
        13. Must have the fear of God and respect for others.
        14. Must be full of the TRUTH and of the Holy Ghost.
        15. Must have the conviction of living and dying for the Lord.
        16. Must have served the Lord for the required number of years.
        17. Must have the required experience and knowledge for the job.
        18. Must have exemplary Christian home and lovely family.
        19. Must be noted for his honesty and pronounced piety.
        20. Must be in great sympathy with the doctrines and standards of Redemption campaigners mission.
        21. Must be willing and always available to do the job.
        22. Must have succeeded from the screening panel for the job.
        23. Must be a member of Redemption campaigners mission.
        24. Must be a Christian of self-control.

    Termination of the appointments of church leaders, church officers or church workers.

    Here are issues, offences, sins or things that can either terminate the appointments of ministers, church leaders, church offices or church workers in Redemption campaigners mission of Nigeria or issues that can also disqualify such class of officers in our church. Church leader, officers, Gospel ministers workers can be terminated or dismissed from official church duties in Redemption campaigners mission if her or she is guilty of the under listed offences or become victim of any of the under listed cases, problems sine or unavoidable conditions.

        1. The leaders, officers, Gospel minister or church workers appointment of duties shall be terminated if he/ she ceases to be a member of Redemption campaigners mission.
        2. If ceases to reside in Nigeria or if her or she ceases his or her communication with the church.
        3. If ceases to be faithful and deviates from the doctrines, standards and rule of Redemption campaigners mission.
        4. If convicted of sin, arrogance and unfaithfulness.
        5. If convicted of a crime by the court of law.
        6. If dies or becomes incapable of doing the job by the reason of ill health.
        7. If resigns voluntarily or retires as matter of age.
        8. The appointment of a church leader or officer shall be terminated if the person becomes a hypocrite and no more representing the church as a believer.
        9. Officers appointment shall be terminated if the officer or leader in question back slides form faith.
        10. Redemption campaigners mission shall terminate the appointments, duties and offices of any leader, officer or worker whose life, family business and confession is no more in agreement with the confession and the conviction of this great church of God.   
        11. Shall be terminated if found financially unfaithful and ministerially weak or failure.
        12. Shall be terminated if found mentally, spiritually or psychologically uncomposed or if insane.

    The minister and ministry

    We believe that God still calls men and women to preach the gospel. We believe that God still calls men and women into the ministry of preaching the gospel. The calling into the ministry is a serious and holy responsibly. No person should enter or be admitted into the ministry who has no clear knowledge and full assurance of his or her being divinely called. If not wholly but largely, the progress and spiritually of any church depends upon the spirituality, the character and example of its ministers. Therefore, a minister must be sure that his or her sins are forgiven; that he is scripturally born again and wholly sanctified form carnality traits as being brought by the Baptism with the Holy Spirit.

          1. We must have burdens and passion for the lost souls.
          2. He must be a man of prayer and constantly seeks spiritual up building in the most Holy faith.
          3. He must not have sustained a marriage relation contrary to that allowed as justifiable in the rules and standards of the church.

          Procedure for recognition of “call” and employment of a pastor

          No one is a pastor or an Evangelist simply because he or she wishes to be or have attended Bible College. Therefore, for one to be recognized as a pastor, his or her ministry and calling must be proved.
          On the other hand, when a man or a woman is thus called, the church as God’s own Institution should recognize that call by its endorsement and should endeavor to help open the way into the ministry.  Any member of this church who is called and who desires to become a pastor shall do so through the following procedure, thus:-

          1. The person shall indicate in his/her application, his /her area of calling or the office he/she wishes to function in such as pastor, Evangelist, Teacher etc.
          2. The person shall indicate the category of employment he desires, such as full time or part – time ministry
          3. The application shall be accompanied with his/her testimony of salvation and entire sanctification.
          4. The application should be accompanied with his/her local church’s letter of Recommendation and shall be signed by the pastor and the secretary of the local church.
      1. On the day of the interview, an employment form (QUESTIONNAIRE) should be given to the applicant to fill.
      2. The applicant must be thoroughly probed to ascertain his. Doctrine convictions and his whole-hearted acceptance of the doctrines, standards Rules of the Redemption campaigners mission of Nigeria. 
      3. The involvement, commitment and sacrifice needed for success in the ministry should be explained to the applicant.
      4. The remuneration of pastors should be explained to the candidate. 
      5. The steps for promotion and growth in the ministry should be explained to the candidate. Before issuing letter of appointment.
            1. If the interview is successful (that is, if the Board adjudges the applicant fit for the ministry), he should be communicated in writing  to start praying for an open –door for ministry- a new filed where he should go and prove his call).
            2. When a new field is found, the applicant should then be given appointment paper as a PASTOR- ON- PROBATION (for 3 years). At the expiration of the 3 years, if the pastor (himself) is sanctified with his performance and considers his work/ministry successful by its fruitfulness and growth of the church, he should apply for the confirmation of his/her appointment. The pastor (in his application for confirmation) should give evidence of the fruitfulness and growth of his church –numerically, spiritually, financially etc.)
